1. This website

By using this website you agree to these terms. The site describes LASHVAULT, a platform in development, and lets you join a waitlist or contact us. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, reserve a subscription, or obligate either of us.

Descriptions of features and pricing on this site reflect LASHVAULT as designed for launch. Details may change before launch. Founding pricing applies to members who join before general launch, as described on the pricing page.

2. Content

The text, illustrations, and code of this site belong to LASHVAULT. You may read, link to, and share pages. You may not copy the site or its content for a competing product. The guides are educational and are not professional advice for any individual client.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam, probe or attack the service, submit false information, or interfere with other people’s use of it.

4. The platform, on launch

Use of the LASHVAULT platform will be governed by a subscription agreement presented at sign-up. It will include, at a minimum, the following commitments:

  • Your business data is yours and can be exported at any time.
  • If a subscription lapses, access degrades in stages with notice. Data is never deleted without written notice and a stated retention window.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. The business taking a payment is the merchant of record for that payment.
  • Lash businesses are responsible for their own client policies, consent forms, and compliance with the laws that apply to their services. LASHVAULT provides tools, not legal advice.

5. No warranty

This site is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Questions go through the contact page.
