LASHVAULT is a booking and client-record platform built only for eyelash technicians. It combines online booking with deposits, per-appointment notes and photos, lash maps, and a virtual try-on that clients use on a photo of their own eyes.

That is the goal. LASHVAULT is designed to handle online booking, deposits, reminders, and client records so you do not need a separate booking tool. You can import your existing client list from a spreadsheet export.

No. LASHVAULT does not have a consumer marketplace. It is a better tool for the clients you already have: your own booking link, deposits that reduce no-shows, records that make every fill faster, and a try-on your clients can share. Your marketing stays yours.

A client takes or uploads a photo of their eyes. Eye landmarks are detected on their own device, and a lash design is drawn along their real lash line at true scale. They can browse your templates, adjust lengths and curl, and save a look to attach to their booking. The saved look becomes the technical map you work from.

It is a design preview, like an architect's rendering, drawn from the lash map onto the client's eye shape. It shows shape, length distribution, curl, and fullness accurately. It is not a photograph of the finished set.

Founding-member pricing is $49 per month for a solo artist and $89 per month for a studio with multiple artists, with a 14-day trial. Founding pricing may change at general launch.

Yes. A studio account supports multiple artists with separate calendars. In a booth-rental suite, each artist can be paid directly for their own bookings while the owner sees the schedule.

You do. Your client list, appointment history, notes, and photos belong to your business. You can export them at any time, and they are never shared with other businesses on the platform.

No. Clients see their own appointments, receipts, and saved looks. Your notes, lash maps, retention observations, and chair photos are your private professional record.
