Where it started

A lash artist wanted two things missing from the booking app: a way for clients to see a set on their own eyes before booking it, and a record of exactly what was applied at every appointment so the next fill did not start from memory. Everything else the artist needed, booking, deposits, reminders, forms, and photos, was available, but spread across add-ons that each cost extra.

LASHVAULT is the answer to both: a lash-specific platform where the try-on, the technical map, and the client record are one connected thing, and where the price includes what a lash business actually uses.

How it is being built

The first studio on LASHVAULT is a booth-rental suite with several independent artists, and it stays on its current booking system until LASHVAULT is ready to take over. Its real fills and its artists’ real needs shape what gets built. When something would not survive a Saturday at the chair, it gets rebuilt before it ships.

LASHVAULT is being built by one developer, hands-on, with AI assistance. That means fast answers and a direct line to the person writing the code. It also means we are careful about what we promise: see the FAQ for what LASHVAULT will and will not do.
