Online booking
A booking page for each artist, on your own link.
- Services with duration, price, and buffers before and after.
- Weekly schedule, breaks, time off, and one-off changes.

- Recurring fill series every two or three weeks, so retention clients rebook themselves.

Deposits and no-show protection
Money changes hands before the slot is held.
- Deposit at booking, fixed or a percentage, per service.
- Card on file with clear consent for late-cancel and no-show fees.
- Free cancellation inside your window, a fee outside it, refunds handled automatically.
- Payments run on Stripe. Card numbers never touch LASHVAULT.
- Artists in a suite are paid directly for their own bookings.
Reminders
Text and email, with real consent and opt-out.
- Confirmation at booking, a reminder the day before, an optional nudge two hours out.
- Reply to confirm or cancel within your policy. Coming shortly after launch.
- A fill-due nudge when a client's cadence comes around.
- No messages during quiet hours in the client's time zone.

- A printable technical map for the chair, editable before you start.
Virtual try-on
Every client can explore a set on their own eyes before booking.
- Eye landmarks are detected in the client's browser; photos are uploaded only when they choose to save or share them.
- A style illustration aligned to each client's eye shape, with approximate length, curl, and fullness.
- Swipe between templates and compare, then customize section by section.
- The saved look is the technical map you work from.
Studio mode
For salons and suites with more than one artist.
- Each artist gets a login, a calendar, and their own booking link.
- Booth rental: money goes straight to each artist; the owner sees the schedule.
- Commission salons: one payee for the studio. Commission reporting is coming shortly after launch.
- Owner controls who sees which clients. A full owner dashboard is coming shortly after launch.
