LASHVAULT

For salons and suites

Every artist gets their own book. You get the whole picture.

Built with a booth-rental suite, so the money model and the privacy model are right for how lash studios actually run.

Two ways studios run

Booth rental or commission. Both work.

Booth rental

Each artist runs their own business and connects a payout account. Every deposit and balance for their bookings goes straight to them. The owner sees the schedule and the client list the artists choose to share, and never touches another artist’s money.

Commission

The salon is the single payee. Every appointment records the artist, the service, and the commission split, so payroll day is a report, not a spreadsheet. LASHVAULT reports the split. It does not decide it.

Owner view

What the owner sees.

  • Which artists are set up for online booking and payouts.
  • Studio-wide templates that artists can start from and customize.
  • Who can see which clients, set per artist.
  • One subscription for the studio, not one per calendar.

A single dashboard showing today and the week across every artist, plus who is due for a fill studio-wide, is coming shortly after launch. At launch each artist runs their own day from their own login.

Artist view

What each artist keeps.

  • Their own login, calendar, and booking link.
  • Their own client notes, maps, and photos.
  • Their own payouts in a booth-rental suite.
  • Their own templates alongside the studio's.

Founding pricing for Studio is $89 a month with a 14-day trial. Who owns a client record when an artist leaves a suite is a policy your studio sets; LASHVAULT supports either answer.
